VILLAS AT FIRST BIGHT LAGOON ARE ALMOST DONE

Ground breaking is scheduled for August 15th, 2004 when all of the permits
and environmental impact requirements have been met.

The first building,
housing five units, will be that closest to the waterfront where we will find a seawall with a waking pier that takes you onto the lagoon itself.

Small boat tie-ups will be available and a project skiff ready for your use on a first come first serve basis. Paddle boats a floating island will stand ready for your pleasure day or night.

RESERVATIONS FOR THE VILLAS AT FIRST BIGHT LAGOON.

Reservations will be accepted on August 15th, 2004. A fully refundable deposit will at that time hold any particular unit in any of the five
buildings. It will be placed in a separate Trust Account and held in escrow
ready for its return to you should you not wish to exercise your option within
the next ninety days.

All of the materials used in our construction are well thought out. Instead of plywood that can and will be attacked by ants we use concrete/fibreboard called Panalite.

In place of sometimes uneven wood for interior framing studs
we use top quality double dipped galvanized steel studs. This gives us flat and even walls to work with.

Instead of black construction paper we use TYVEK, a fiberglass house wrap that not only keeps bugs and crawly creatures out but provides a constant moisture
barrier and adds to the efficiency of the air conditioning.
